16.6.4 PfR Master Controller operational status

Trying to find an explanation for the following operational status after upgrading the master controller to 16.6.4

Did not have any issues with 16.3.4

 

*** Domain MC Status ***

 

Master VRF: Global

 

  Instance Type:    Hub

  Instance id:      0

  Operational status:  Down   Reason: |Service provider conflict in cfg

 (Automatic restart 00:54:58 later) (Needs manual shut/no shut if resolved earlier)
