1811 router upgrade

Hi Experts,

I got a new 1811 series router. Its sh version output is " flash:c181x-advipservicesk9-mz.124-11.XW6.bin". I need to upgrade to the latest IOS.

How can i find a latest one? How can i upgrade to the latest one?

Please help...

Hi,

The latest IOS can be found here:

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=279612433&flowid=7382&softwareid=280805680&release=15.1.4M1&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=ED&reltype=latest

Keep in mind that a Cisco user ID and a valid service contract associated to that user ID is needed to download this kind of software from Cisco.
