I tried to made first configuration for the router using CCP Express Wizard.
After information that the router will be restarted nothing is written to the configuration and in the flash new file has shown : crashinfo.
Any suggestions ??

The TLB (store) exception, CPU signal 10, is a kind of bus error crash.
In this case the system tried to write to the address 0x4. There is no physical memory at this address. That failure causes the crash.
You should open a TAC case to have this crash investigated in detail.
You are running a very new IOS image and this is likely a new bug that needs to be identified and resolved.
