2 Adsl service on 1 router ,for MPLS and VPN

Hi, our company currently connect a C2811 to MPLS through ADSL.there is another cisco 837 adsl router, which isnt connect to the Mpls.we would like to have another adsl service on the 2811 router with a static public ip, so that we may able to settle a VPN tunnel with the 837 router. we do not want this 837 router connect to MPLS directly but we'll need it share the resource on the mpls network.

my questions are

is it be able to establish the vpn tunnel between these two router through the above method?

any special condition I need to consider as the 837 have to reach the network beyond c 2811?

you ve said in the title (2 Adsl service on 1 router ,for MPLS and VPN) and you are talking of C2811 and 837 two routes, waht is your idea? can you elaborate more so that we can understand what you want to achieve may be we can help!

Hi, the 1 router means the c2811.

Currently , the c2811 is connect with MPLS via adsl.and all Internet traffic on this router is via the mpls to our main router. we plan to apply another adsl serive on the c2811 by using a adsl wic card, so that we can obtain an static address ,and set a vpn tunnel with the 837 which is sperated from the Mpls. Our purpose is to establish vpn between the c2811 and 837, so the network beyond 837 can access the main router as well.please see the attachment for the simple network diagram.
