Which technology would you implement if multi-tenancy is required over consolidated WAN cloud:
LISPoDMVPN or 2547oDMVPN?
There're some rumours that 2547oDMVPN can be officially supported with IWAN 2.2 in the near future.
LISPoDMVPN looks a little bit more complex than 2547oDMVPN.

2547oDMVPN is a more "tried and true" technology. It has a lot of maturity behind it. It will probably be easier to integrate into other MPLS layers. It will probably work with a wide range of devices. It is likely to have less bugs as well. You are likely to find more management tools for this style of solution.
As a result I think it is probably a lower risk option.
LISPoDMVPN will only work on modern kit. It is certainly a lot newer. It does offer a lot of powerful features, like host mobility. I consider it a higher risk option, and I would probably only want to use it in a constrained environment were interoperability of all components could be tested and validated in advance.

Dear Philip,
I strongly agree with you. After some prototyping in the LAB, the MPLS VPN over DMVPN worked much better than LISP.
