2621 No System Memory Detected

Hi there Guys

I have a cisco 2621 router.  It has worked before, although now it is coming up with the following message during boot up:

System Bootstrap, version 12.2 (8r), Release Software (fc1)

Copyright (c) 2003 by Cisco Systems, Inc

Then I get ERROR No system Memory detected.

I have 32Mb of flash installed and 2*128 NVRAM on the board.

Can someone help me and tell  me why I am getting this message?

I have reseated the memory modules and rebooted it, and still the same message.

Any help would be appreciated.

As I read your symptoms I was thinking ok reseat the boards. Then I read that you have already done this. If reseating did not resolve the issue then it seems that the problem is a fault on the memory hardware. I know of no way to fix this except to replace the router.
