We have a model CISCO2621XM terminal server as part of a system. After reading the following document, I am unclear whether this covers the equipment we have.

Thank you for the response. I did find the correct bulletin for the model I have. Product Bulletin No. EOL1022 actually covers the 2621XM. Both models are in the same boat, the dates are just slightly different.
