hello all,

I'm not seeing the G.SHDSL card installed in a 2811 router. The output is

Can anyone advise what the issue may be? Apologies if its basic, I'm a switch person not a router one :-)

Hi Andy

Please can you confirm the part code of the WIC? Are you trying to install the WIC-1SHDSL-V3. I know for this module that if you are running a 12.4 mainline image the minimum requirement is 12.4(3g), which would be one rebuild higher than your current release.

hi Martin,

thanks for this will give it a go! Any other "gotchas" to be aware of? I'm unfortunately trying to configure it from the wrong (ie remote) end of an IP tunnelled console link so woudl prefer to make mistakes on this forum than on the router :)
