2901 Router additional GBIC module & OSPF/HSRP query

Current Setup: Please refer the attached diagram.

Three 2901 series routers, no redundency for 172.16 segment, all running OSPF.
In order to provide redundency for 172.16 segment, I will add the HWIC-1GE-SFP with SFP module GLC-T on each router, will use only two routers for the enw setup.
My queries,

1. There are 4 expansion slots on 2901 router, which slot should I add the new HWIC-1GE-SFP?
2. With the new setup, is it alright to run OSPF on all interfaces? Or should I disable it on one segment on LAN side?
3. Any issues/eventualities with this setup?

1) Any of them should support that HWIC card

2) Run it on both

3) No real issues. I'm assuming you have a L2 switch that interconnects the routers.

Just added the new module into the router and showing it as interface GigabitEthernet0/0/0

How can I hard code the speed amd duplex settings on this particular interface.

Is it thru negotiation auto?

I would like to set it to 100/Full instead of gbps. Is it possible?
