Hello,
I have a 2901 RTR that has an extreme number of files on flash0. Is this normal for a router? I am new to working with Cisco and my switches do not have this many files on flash. Can someone tell me if this is normal to have this many files on flash, or do I need to delete some of them?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello Scott
The files and folders that you are seeing are related to Cisco Configuration professional. If you do not want to use the GUI based configuration, you can safely remove these files. These should not have any impact.

Thanks for responding! I will check out the links that you sent. I may just keep them for now because we are going to replace them with brand new gear. Just wanted to see what the hell they were lol
