2960XR Unify Openstage 40 Voice VLAN Issues

We have deployed 14 Catalyst 2960XR switches and are finding issues with Unify OpenStage 40 VoIP phones.  The interfaces are configured with a voice and access VLAN, and the phones use LLDP successfully to join create a trunk and join the voice VLAN.  They pick up an IP address, but cannot communicate on the port.

When a phone is put on to an Access port configured as the voice VLAN the phone works.  When we put the phone onto a 3750X switch with the same configuration the phone works using the voice and access VLAN configuration.

Has anyone had this issue before?

After further investigation found that the specific issue was caused when the access vlan is greater than default and the voice vlan is set to a higher number than 71. Cisco TAC have agreed that this appears to be as a result of a potential bug. They are attempting to reproduce the fault and identifying it is indeed a software bug or a hardware fault.
