Dear Members,
I am experiencing high CPU problem on a Cisco 3845 router model, the offending process is name "Collection proce" I found some similar post but turned to switch in order to address this issue and I disabled NetFlow and multicast configuration, but it did not, someone have any suggestions or have had similar problem?

Hi,
This Collection process deals with recursive prefixes updates, with cef.
You should have a look on the routing table, routing protocols, flapping routes, flapping neighbors etc.
what software/IOS of router?

Hi Ashok,
Thanks for return, this equipment is a CE and wheel getting BGP 3 prefixes and OSPF on the LAN, The wan output link is 2Mbps
the version is "c3845-advsecurityk9-mz.151-4.M7.bin"
