3845 Stuck in Bootstrap Loop!

I just recently upgraded my 3845 to 15.0.1M9 and everything was going fine until I turned it back on later today. It is now stuck in a loop and wont even allow me to access ROMMON. I took out all additional hardware and it is still stuck at this screen

Corrected ECC from L2 cache or memory: 0xc0dc0000

0x00100208A8 = 0xaaaaaaaa

0x00100208B8 = 0xaaaaaaaa

0x00100208C0 = 0x00000000

0x00100208C8 = 0x000000ff

  CPO_ECC     (reg 26/0): 0x00000000

  CPO_ECC     (reg 26/1): 0x10a20000

  CPO_CACHERI (reg 27/0): 0x24000aa0

  CPO_CACHERD (reg 27/1): 0x00000da0

  CPO_CCHEDPA (reg 27/3): 0x0000cda0

Any Idea's on what this is or how to fix it?

3845 Stuck in Bootstrap Loop!

I have fixed the issue. I took out the system board and reseated the RAM module and put all of the hardware back in place. It booted with no issues after that.
