3925 Web Access

Michael Durham
Level 4
Level 4

I have a C3925 router and its working fine.  I try to go to its webpage at 192.168.69.1 and I get a blank screen no matter which browser I use.  I know there should be a limited page that I should see.

I do have CME GUI installed on the router and when I go to 192.168.69.1/ccme.html, I get the CMEGUI.

How can I also get the router's GUI?  What files am I missing?

neither http:\\192.168.69.1 or https:\\192.168.69.61 work

I even reset the ip http path to just flash: and still not working.

Now that the web root is configured for CCME I don't believe you'll be able to get to anything else.  Console/ssh are your friend now.

On a 2801 router, I was able to get to both the router's gui page and the ccme page.  I think the html files are missing for the router itself.

How were you able to get both gui working, please?

Hello,

looking at the output you have posted:

210 -rw- 831488 Mar 28 2019 20:37:02 -04:00 cme-gui-9.0.0.0.tar

C3900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.7(3)M3

it looks like you are running CME version 9.0. The compatibility matrix (linked below) recommends version 12.0, you might want to try and load these files and check if that makes a difference...

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/requirements/guide/33matrix.html

No, that file is just a backup of the 9.0 gui files I used to have on the router.  I am using the correct 12.0 CME GUI files and they ARE working correctly.  Just NO router html files are working.

I found out a little more.

When I go to http://192.168.69.243/level/15 I see this page:

homepage.png

But, when I go to http://192.168.69.243/level/15/exec/- I now see this:

page 2.png

and when I go to this url http://192.168.69.243/level/15/exec/-/configure/http I see:

Page 3.png

All of the command work too.  Its just that the home page is missing/not working and would like to get it working too.
