I have a 7500 router with a RSP2 module. Today my RSP2 performed a reset which seem to admin. down my fddi interface is that normal. I also have a fast ethernet module install also and this device did not admin itself down.
I am confused here. First do you have one or two RSPs installed on this router? Second, what do you mean by the term "admin down". My definition is to go into interface configuration mode and apply the "shutdown" command; what is your definition?
