7600 module restart

Dear All,

    i have 7600 , module 1 is restarted and crash file created.

Possible software fault. Upon reccurence, please collect

crashinfo, "show tech" and contact Cisco Technical Support.

The SIP linecard in slot1 had a SW crash on the 8xE1 SPA

I will look at third attachment to find out your IOS image.

Edit:

so you have 12.2(33)SRA7 and the SIP is a SIP200.

looking at release notes for your image is the next step

there are some bugs about Sip200 or SPA 8 E1

this is similar but applies to OC-3 SPA + sip200
