881 router won't display WAN config thru CPE

I have an issue with my 881 router.

I can log in to the GUI.

I can view all of the settings except WAN, I have tried both browsers with the same results.

The result is the page never displays the settings and then you cannot access the other pages, closing the browser window and relogging on is the only way to return to the interface.

The firmware version is:12.4(20)T1

This is the non wireless version of the 881 also.

Any help would be appreciated.

which GUI are you using ? SDM? which version of JRE? and which OS?
