899G-LTE Router T-Mobile WAN Issue

Hello i am having a strange issue with my 899G-LTE Router. I think the problem is from T-mobile but im not sure how to approach it with them.

I have a sim card (sim1.png) that when placed in this router and i do a speed test, i get the speeds as shown in the related picture (.28/.45 Mbps up/down), when i simply replace it with another t-mobile sim (sim2.png), i get drastic speed increases (93.30/29.14 Mbps up/down).

The crazy thing is that, Sim2 is a $5 a month data-only "500mb 5G & 4G LTE High Speed Data plan", while sim1 is a Tablet specific data plan.

I have attached the output of the router configuration.

After several hours of phone and in-person tech support, T-mobile switched the plan and now the speeds are working great. 

Apparently tablet data plans do't do well in Cisco LTE routers. i know have about 90mbps/30mbps up/down for $15 a month!
