kindly;i want to enable AAA localy In my switch.do i need to configure like this:

enable secret xxx

aaa new-model

aaa authentication login default enable

username admin password xxx

aaa authentication login line-in local

line vty 0 15

login authentication line-in

Hi,

That should be sufficient to enable all telnet access to be authenticated via the use of the local user database on the router.
