access list to allow VOIP

I need to create an access list to only allow MS-RDP (tcp 3389) traffic back and fourth. The issue is that there are phones on both sides of this list; I am new to VOIP, can anyone point me in the direction of an example ACL that allows all VOIP traffic?

I ended up setting up a port monitor and using a packet sniffer to see what was going on. Thanks.
