ACL for access to internal server from remote office

Greetings everyone.

I really need help here, I'm on my first IT job after getting my CCNA, but now I'm lost here.

My employer needs to provide access to our internal server (located in Japan) to some staff located in an office in India, but only access to them and no one else. I thought about ACLs, but i don't know how it would work, if they have static NAT on their office, then their private IP gets translated to their router WAN IP, so should I add this router WAN IP to the allow access list?

Example:

India's host local IP: 192.168.5.5

India's Router WAN IP: 132.170.4.1

Japan's Server IP: 192.168.0.27

Access list configuration:

access-list 110 permit tcp host 132.170.4.1 192.168.0.27 eq tcp

Please help!
