Each router has 2 tunnels. If one goes down then other one becomes active.
Connectivity is like ILL is terminated over R1.
R2 is connected to R1 with 2 P2P connections. Both the links are from different ISPs. There is no ILL on R2.
Configuration part:
Auto failover configuration is running on R1.
There are 2 VPNs between R1 and R2.
