Allowing specific VLAN on Router to router to link

Hi,

How to configure a router interface to allow a specific VLAN traffic only...I have added an image in which I need to allow VLAN 2 &3 through the gigabit link and VLAN4 through serial link....

Often the typical answer to this issue is usage of PBR (policy based routing), however, depending on WHY you want to do this, there might be other "solutions", perhaps even better.
