Annex M issue with 527W

Hello CISCO Forum

I have a client who is attempting to setup a CISCO 527W to connect via Annex M mode who is having some issues

Latest firmware has been used and Annex M mode selected in setup interface yet the the modem refuses to get ADSL sync in Annex M mode and fails back to Annex A.

A different ADSL Modem/Router (Billion) has been tested on the line and it connects in Annex M mode with no problems so it does not appear to be an issue with ISP

Any Ideas as to how to resolve this issue or could it be a fault with the CISCO hardware ?

Annex M is supporte with software 1.01.11

I have already updated to this firmware (1.01.11) and still have issue , any other ideas ?

Contact Cisco TAC and complain to them.

Note you will need to provide connected DSLAM maker and version, to allow engioneers to check tested matrix.
