applying aaa on vty in nexus

what is the command to apply aaa on vty in nexus, I cannot find in any cisco guides

Hi there,

NX-OS handles it slightly differently to IOS, the commands under line vty are pretty limited. Use the aaa method statements instead:

aaa authentication login default

....for ssh

aaa authentication login console

...for the blue cable.
