I have ASA 5512-X, with DMZ and private subnet configured. Is it posible to connect to ASA two separate/different ISP lines, one for DMZ and one for private network?

Not IPS, ISP lines. I want to attach 2 different optical lines to ASA. Each line has router/modem on the end in bridge mode. One would serve private subnet, the other DMZ subnet. Is this possible to configure on ASA 4412-X? Thanx.

Ops, read that too fast :) So it sounds like you need PBR (Policy Based Routing) which is currently/yet not supported on ASAs. So most likely you will need to get a router to terminate your Internet Connections and then place the ASA behind that.
