asr-1001x want to do netflow like on older routers .. ip cache flow doesnt populate

Hi I am trying to set up netflow on my asr1001-x so i can see all the outgoing connections but ip cache flow does not show any ip data. On the older routers 3800 and 3900 it seemed to work ok. Any ideas?
