ASR 1002-X link ingress traffic utilization reached upto 90% Intermittently on gig0/0/3. software version is IOS-XE 16.06.06.

Hi everyone,  

   I Have an ASR 1002-X router. and a NMS Server for capture the Alert logs of my network Related Issue.

From Few days ago I am Getting Alerts on my NMS Server is "High input utilization on interface Gi0/0/3. The utilization State transitioned from UNAVAILABLE to HIGH due to a measured value of 100, which is between the configured high value of 90 and the maximum allowed value of 100. The date and time of the measurement is 2021-01-02T11:25:30.498+0530". I tried to run command "ip accounting input-packets" on interface gig0/0/3 for check ip packets accounting but no command available in router.

Please suggest me what can i do more for fix this Issue.

Hello,

the rxload on the interface is 249/255, which means that the link is almost fully loaded. What is connected to that interface ? Whatever device that is, can you apply e.g. some sort of QoS (shaping) to that connected interface ?
