Hi,
There is an indirect connectivity between ASR 903 router and Cisco 3560CG router for which the configured to be in same IP segment. The two devices are not pinging from each other, but able to ping other devices from both which are in the same LAN segment.

One thing is in arp table of the switch, arp for that particular router is continuously flushing and always is "0". On the other end, in router there is
no problem, the arp for the switch is aging.
