ASR 9901 series powered off problem

We have configured and upgrade ASR 9901 device, later we power off the device and after 2 days later powered on the device again. But after poweroed on we saw that, the device configration was full deleted, even the console config. was deleted. And also the version was reverted the previous.

 

What could be the cause of this problem?

 - Check the config register settings on the device : (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/10000-series-routers/50421-config-register-use.html) , and or connect to the asr with the cisco cli analyzer (https://cway.cisco.com/cli/). Then issue commands such as show version and show tech-support. Problems will get highlighted.
