asr 9k issue ipv4

hello Everybody,

today i have got repeted on 15 sec this message on asr9k: 

%ROUTING-FIB-3-PLATF_UPD_FAIL : FIB platform update failed: 
Obj=DATA_TYPE_NHINFO[ptr=b55c60f8,refc=0x3,flags=0x3] Action=MODIFY Proto=ipv4. 
Cerr='FIB' detected the 'warning' condition 'Invalid argument'

my devise has:

System image file is "bootflash:disk0/asr9k-os-mbi-5.3.4/0x100000/mbiasr9k-rp.vm"

cisco ASR9K Series (MPC8641D) processor with 8388608K bytes of memory.
MPC8641D processor at 1333MHz, Revision 2.2
ASR 9006 4 Line Card Slot Chassis with V2 AC PEM

chances are you are hiting the bug below:

FIB generates error/traceback after interface flap

Description
Symptom:
Following tracebacks are seen after every interface flaps with Error: Invaild Argument(EVAL)

LC/0/3/CPU0:Oct 28 14:59:28.177 UTC: fib_mgr[189]: %ROUTING-FIB-3-PLATF_UPD_FAIL : FIB platform update failed: Obj=DATA_TYPE_LOADINFO[ptr=9b7aa3e8,refc=0x1,flags=0x248289] Action=MODIFY Proto=ipv4. Cerr=Invalid argument :

Conditions:
Since the label is not present for that interface and whenever unlabeled interface flaps traceback is generated with return code is EVAL.

Workaround:
None.

Further Problem Description:
There is no point in sending the EVAL return code for unlabeled flag , so we are ignoring the tracebacks for unlabeled flag by checking the traceback flags is unlabeled or not

Thanks a lot for reply.

I think the big is not this one exactly because the error is slightly different.

Nevertheless how can I solve the problem i cannot update my ios xr because the rp 8g is at 5.3.2 and it is the latest available. Any suggestions?
