Hello everybody,
we want to upgrade our ASR 1001-HX from 17.3.5 to 17.6.5 and have a question about licensing. Installing the tradtional license was done via SLR.
And since SLP is going to be mandatory in future releases we need to convert our tradtional licenses to smart license.
What will be the expiration date of these licenses be? Will they also be permanent, meaning no expiration date?
If there are any documents online where I can find more information, please tell me.
Thank you!
Kind regards,
Daniel

when converting a license expiration date will be preserved, so a perpetual license will remain perpetual
I do not think you will find it specificly mentioned in documents
this pages can help you with the conversion

Hi Pieter,
thanks for your answer. I will come back after we migrated our licenses.
Everything still works.
