Either reboot the router or upgrade the firmware.

The interesting discussion to which @paul driver refers was for 1001 (not X as far as we can tell) which was deployed in 2011. This discussion appears to be about 1002X and the mention in the original post about it had been running 1 month suggests that it is a more recent deployment. But we do not know much of anything about this situation. A good starting point would be a show version taken after a reboot of the router.

The error message posted about not enough memory certainly suggest something like a memory leak may be involved. If there is an active maintenance contract for this router then a case with Cisco TAC and/or a different version of code would certainly be in order.
