I have a /27 public ip range. How do I go about assigning one server one of the public ip's? A client wants to VPN to my network and have the remote network be public ip's that are assigned to servers.

I think you are referring to NAT. this will hide a real IP address behind a public IP in your /27 range.
what hardware are you using?

I'm using a Cisco router behind a Cisco asa. But nating these servers allow the VPN user to use the public ip associated with the machine as the remote host
