Back Up ISP for a data center.

A data center with One Internet lease line connection and purchased public ip pool from the same isp(Not from IANA) for servers.Now i need to add 2nd isp(ADSL) and planning to configure as a back up connection.Since the Public Ip pool only reachable from 1st ISP, is there any alternative option to configure the 2nd (ADSL) ISP with out purchasing Public IP pool.

Surely you will be given an IP for the adsl circuit, if not you could break up your public pool and split the networks between the two lines.

As per my knowledge, the Public IP pool from ISP is not at all reachable via other ISP ??
