Hi ,
Can anyone advise what would be the bst way to configure an internet backup link a)Using dynamic roting b)without using dynamic routing.
primary link bandwidth is 25M on fiber
seconday link is on wirelesss -2 mb
seconday link ned to be activate only when primary fails.No load sharing required .just failove will do
Both Links are ethernet interface.
please also explain what would be best way to achieve some amount of load balancing.

Just some comments...
If you have static routes out both ISPs, then there's no need for a dynamic routing protocol.
You can have all traffic going out the primary link and via IP SLA with tracking have the secondary link as a backup.
There's no need for dynamic routing protocols unless you want to.
Normally if you want to use dynamic routing with ISP will be using BGP.
