Bandwidth congestion monitoring on cisco router.

Hello experts i want to implement a qos policy on cisco router for my entire lan I have 2 isp's on cisco router one has high bandwidth and other has low bandwidth i want my all traffic to be routed via high bandwidth isp but incase of congestion on high bandwidth isp i want my router to automitic switch some of the traffic to low bandwidth isp and as the congestion decreases on high bandwidth isp router shifts the traffic back from low bandwidth isp to high bandwidth. Please note i dont want specific traffic prioritization i want congestion monitor qos for my entire lan traffic. Pleased recommend congratulations examples. Thank you heartedly.

I don't think you will be able to achieve this in IOS. You will need an external load balancer such as the Barracuda Link Balancer...

I dont exactly remember but there is a QOS method to identify bandwdith congestion on interface. anybody else has ever been configured such qos so that i can limit my lan to choke the ISP provided bandwidth that causes congestion in network.

Cisco's PfR comes close to the load balancing you desire.

I'm sorry, but I've recently retired and don't have access to Cisco hardware.
