Can anyone tell me, which tool should I use for bandwidth monitor.

Jitesh,

You can use MRTG or PRTG to monitor the bandwidth for the WAN links. I have used PRTG which is a freeware tool on my WAN routers and it shows good results and have very good reporting features.
