Hi all,

Does any one know what attributes, other than AS numbers, BGP "AS-SET" option will apply to aggregrate routes?

Also, by default what attributes can be included in aggregated routes when not using the AS-SET option?

Any insight will be helpful.

Thanks!

David

Hi,

you can use the attribute-map command.

See

http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/paws/5441/aggregation.pdf

But it seems you can set a limited number of attributes only:

MED, local preference,  weight, origin, community (but not additive).
