Can we use particle swarm optimization technique for reducing a BGP convergence time?

never heard of that being used for BGP convergence but this is one of the better documents out there on BGP convergence below , either way it should be reduced bit by bit , BGP was not built for speed and convergence but for scalability , if you set it to fast you will end up with even more issues
