I wonder if someone knows why I get the error:
MCAST-RR(config-router)#address-family l2vpn evpn
% BGP: Error initializing topology
when I try to configure address-family l2vpn evpn in the BGP process.
The router has hardly any config and I found this error is documented in Cisco Bug: CSCsm99338

This document says:
Enable the address family l2vpn vpls on the IOS subset povider (-p-) and
you will not see the error.
But I can't work out how to do that.
I am not trying to configure VPLS, which doesn't work either but I think if I can get that sorted EVPN will be fixed too.
I already upgraded the IOS XE to isr4400-universalk9.17.03.04a.SPA.bin but I am still getting the same error. This is ISR-4451 router.
