Hi
MY AS connected to two ISPs
If I need to do load balancing to other sites ( per destination not per subnet )
I think about adding Max-path for outbound traffic, for inbound if I use a community to inform both ISPs will it work, ?
I read the article by cisco but it is all about balancing per Subnet, but I am talking about per destination,
anyone has any idea about it

I recall (?) PfR would do per-flow/destination (dynamic) load balancing on top of BGP.

Hello,
what does your topology look like, that is, how many routers do you have in your AS ? is this a single, multihomed router, or do you have multiple, local routers ?

@Georg Pauwen
I have two cases,
first one: one router to two different ISP
second one: two routers to two different ISP

Hello,
in both cases, you can only do load sharing, not load balancing. Have a look at the configuration examples below:
Load Sharing When Multihomed to Two ISPs Through a Single Local Router
