BGP load balancing

Hi, Router A & B are connected to Router Z. Z has network 10.x.x.x. My question is, how we can load balance between A & B for 10.x.x.x network

Could you please provide more information on the topology. Do you have another router connected to Router A & B and you want to load balance from that other router? Are all these routers in the same AS or different ASes?
