Match prefix

Match next-hop

Set administrative distance

This workaround but i think it can work.

could you please share the command , i used the below route-map command for inbound .

the metric doesn't change .

route-map IBM-TO-BGP permit 10
set local-preference 75
set distance 200

!

neighbor 10.30.40.1
remote-as 65003
address-family ipv4 unicast
