BGP Timers for Internet Routers

Hello,

Can anyonme recommend a standard (or well proven) BGP timer for an Internet edge router.  I recently saw a config with the timers set to 7 21 and this seems way to aggressive to me for an Internet BGP peering?

You can use 30 90 timers. But better to you another protocols for neighbour loss detection like bfd.
