It depends on what type of fabric in DC you are using - L2 or L3.
If you are using L2 fabric it can be like:
FEX-->N93180-EX---->Nexus9504 - Enc VPC + Back-to-Back VPC and N7K as you edge layer.
If you are using L3 fabric it can be like:
FEX-->N93...
It depend on your goal. EoMPLS is E-Line technology, so its just P2P L2 tunnel over mpls enabled network. VPLS is E-LAN technology, that simulates broadcast media over mpls enabled network and also builds MP2MP L2 tunnels
Another way to advertise is
1) To use redistribution from others sources, link connected, static or IGP
2) To make an aggregate route.
But the main goal of BGP advertisement it the existence of route in RIB (it can be even static route to Null)
