Can anyone here confirm for me that a regular T1 will or will not give you 1.5 up and down, while a bonded T1 is 3.0 Mbps which is 1.5 up and down.

These circuits are all full duplex. Bandwidth transmit = Bandwidth recieve.
In your case a multilink would be 3.xx both directions.
Also....its a measure of capacity, not speed.
