Break traceroute

How to break a traceroute, I tried CTRL-shift-6-X didn't work. Thanks in advance.

Can you just try CRTL-shift-6 and update if it works?

In my experience you usually have to hit the key stroke combination several times. But I have found CTRL-shift-6 to be effective in breaking a traceroute on a Cisco router.
