Breaking pw on a new Nexus 3048

I have a brand new Nexus switch that I cannot log into.  I do not know the user/pw and think I may have to do a pw reset.  Anyone have a proc for doing pw recovery on these new devices?

Is there SDM on a new Nexus NX-0S as well?  thx.

SDM is not a feature within the N3K.
