buffer and console logging missing some messages on Cisco 1121-4PLTE

I am working on Cisco 1121 LTE router and logging buffered is enabled for level debugging but when I send SMS from cell phone to the router I don't receive any notification/message on console and under sh logging. Although router receive messages and can see them under cellular 0/2/0 lte sms view all. Anything I am missing under configuration?

what if you enable ' debug cellular 0/2/0 messages sms' ? Doesanything show up in the logs then ?
